1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the BlackHak website and services. By creating an account, purchasing a service, or opening a case, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Nature of our Services

BlackHak provides professional consulting, investigative and cybersecurity services. We provide professional effort and expertise; we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including recovery of funds, accounts or data. Nothing we provide is legal, financial or investment advice.

4. Case acceptance & verification

All cases are subject to review and acceptance. We require identity verification and a signed attestation of victim status and/or ownership, and — for business testing — a signed authorization and scope, before work begins. We may decline or terminate any case outside our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payment

Fees are shown or quoted before purchase and payable in advance, including by cryptocurrency. All payments are final and non-refundable per our Refund Policy. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful, lawful information and only materials you have the right to share.
• Do not use the Services to harm, surveil, deceive or gain unauthorized access to any third party.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your case information as confidential per our Privacy Policy. We may disclose information where required by law or to respond to lawful requests from appropriate authorities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackHak is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including false information or attempted misuse.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
