Refund Policy

1. No refunds

BlackHak provides professional consulting, investigative and security services. Because our work begins with expert time and resources committed to your case as soon as it is opened, all fees are non-refundable once paid. This applies to every service, for both individuals and businesses.

2. What your payment covers

Your payment secures a professional engagement and the dedicated time of our team. It is payment for professional effort and expertise, not a guarantee of a particular result. We do not guarantee recovery of funds, accounts, or data, and no outcome is promised in exchange for payment.

3. Cases we decline

We review every case before accepting it. If, after payment, we determine we cannot proceed — for example because the request falls outside our Acceptable Use Policy or you cannot verify ownership or victim status — we will not issue a cash refund. Instead, at our discretion, we may offer a service credit of equivalent value toward another eligible service.

4. Chargebacks & disputes

Because you agree to this policy at checkout, initiating a chargeback in breach of these terms may result in suspension of your account and active cases. We retain records of your acceptance, including timestamp and the confirmation provided at purchase.

5. Crypto payments

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature. Once confirmed on the blockchain and your case is opened, the payment cannot be reversed.

6. Your acknowledgement at checkout

Before completing any payment you must confirm: "I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable, and that no specific outcome is guaranteed." You cannot complete a purchase without providing this confirmation.
